Once we have decided on what act is right for you, now it’s time to negotiate. We negotiate all contracts and riders with artists management/ agency to get you the best rate possible.

We never make a decision on entertainment or execute any booking without client approved budget for the event.

We make sure that all contracts are reviewed by our own legal representation to ensure the legality of the contract and that the language of the agreement clearly reflects all aspects of the agreement properly.

Once paperwork has been approved we execute all contracts, riders, and deposits to confirm your date.

From the rider to the applause we will handle the production of your event to ensure the event you envisioned goes off without a hitch.

Inspired Entertainment Solutions ensures the acts are in competent hands from the instant they arrive in the market. We handle execution of all hospitality and accommodations riders. We oversee load in, load out, and administer sound check with Artists and Engineers to assure the production quality of your event is at its full potential. We provide a production staff to execute the actual event to keep the show running on time, and on point. We have more than 12 years experience in Commercial Styling, we know all aspects, including Makeup, Hair, Wardrobe Styling and creating headshots. We are also experienced in all types of media, including: Film, Print and Video. We are currently conducting extensive research for one of our clients concerning media styling and its changes concerning HDTV.
